How do I pay?

Paypal

What is Paypal?

  • Paypal enables anyone with an email address to send & receive payments online.
  • For one off paypal payments with a Credit card you do not have to sign up for paypal, it is as easy as a normal online credit card purchase.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
  • If you join Paypal you can use your credit card or debit card to make payments to our email address.

Direct Deposit

If you choose to make a Direct Deposit purchase please carefully view our Bank Account details below.

Once your deposit has been verified, we will reply to you by email and post out your purchase shortly after.

Direct depositing from one bank to another is not instantaneous. It may take 24 hours or longer for funds to be successfully transferred. As soon as this occurs, we will send you a confirmation email. Please be aware of this delay.

We understand that paying online can be a little daunting for some people, and we are happy for you to place your order without payment and we will call you back to complete the purchase.

Money Order


Layby

When choosing to Layby with Helensvale BMX there are a few ways to complete this order.

We prefer if you submit your purchase order online so that we have all your order details, personal information and shipping/billing details. However you can still call us if that is better for you.

So when you are viewing the Payment options select the payment method "Layby". Your order details will be emailed to you. Then we will contact you and advise how to complete the purchase.

  • Minim deposit for Parts and Accessories costs are $50.
  • Minim deposit for Complete Bikes costs are $100.
  • Laybys must be paid in full by a 3month period.

For cancellations on a layby we do not refund the amount deposited, but will replace the layby deposit for shop credit.

Instore Pickup

If you choose to pickup instore will reimburse your shipping costs.


Canceling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please call +61 7 5529 9533 before 4.00pm EST. If the item(s) have already been despatched you can refuse them or you will have to pay to return the goods to us.


Returns

Please be aware Helensvale BMX will not refund used goods. We will exchange or give store credit if incorrect products have been sent.


How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Australian Deliveries - are made by Australia Post Express Post and will arrive within 1-2 business days, not including weekend or public holidays, depending on your location in Australia.

Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the next business day after your payment has cleared. All express deliveries will receive a tracking number and if there are any enquiries regarding your order please contact us. Helensvale BMX does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf.

International deliveries - Asia-Pacific, USA, UK & Europe will be sent through Australian Registered Post. All registered deliveries will receive a tracking number and if there are any enquiries regarding your order please contact us.

Please note the shipping prices at the checkout. Shipping price will depend on the item/s and location of delivery.


Are there any additional charges?

Not within Australia. If you are ordering from outside Australia there may be taxes levied on your order which will be consistent with that country's tax structure. In such cases all Australian sales taxes will be removed.

Warranties

All warranties will be refereed back to the manufacturers.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, or accidents are not covered. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

Please refer to any warranty card or form provided with products, as some are require to be completed and sent off to the associated manufacturer/distributor. Failure to do so will void any warranty.

Labour and shipping costs are not covered under any warranty.
